1. Subscriptions are final
Every GeneratedUGC plan is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives your workspace access to the software and the limits listed on the pricing page for the period you pay for. Access for the whole period is granted when the period starts, whether you use it or not. We don't sell credits and don't bill per use, so the amount you use has no effect on the price of a period.
Before you pay, the free product preview shows you real hooks, angles and a script for your own product, and the pricing page lists exactly what each plan includes. You can turn off renewal at any time in a couple of clicks.
When you subscribe, you ask us to start providing the service right away. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal ends once the service has started with your consent.
2. What is not refunded
- Changing your mind or no longer needing the service.
- Not using the service, or using less than your plan allows, during a paid period.
- Forgetting to turn off renewal before the renewal date, or turning it off right after a renewal.
- A renewal collected after one or more failed payment attempts. The period had already started and was due.
- Results of your ads, including CTR, CPA or ROAS that did not meet your expectations, and decisions made by ad platforms.
- Dissatisfaction with the style or wording of AI-generated scripts, voices or videos.
- A product page that can't be read, or content you were not allowed to import.
- Choosing the wrong plan, billing period or number of seats.
- The remaining part of a period after you turn off renewal. Access runs to the end of the paid period and is never prorated.
- Use of your account by someone you shared it with.
3. The three exceptions
We refund only when one of the following applies, can be shown in the records described in section 6, and only up to the affected charge.
- Duplicate charge. A fault in our billing charged you twice for the same period.
- Proven unauthorised charge. Your card was used without your permission, you tell us within 14 days of the charge, and our records and those of our payment processor confirm it. We may ask you to confirm that you have reported it to your card issuer.
- Total service outage. A confirmed fault on our side made the service completely unusable for a continuous period, you reported it while it was happening, and we could not fix it. Slow rendering, partial issues, ad platform outages and problems with your own device or network are not included.
An approved refund is limited to the amount you paid for the affected period and goes back to the original payment method.
4. How to ask for a refund
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your account within 14 days of the charge. Include the date and amount of the charge and which of the exceptions in section 3 applies. We review requests in the order they arrive and reply by email.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. A chargeback raised without contacting us first breaches our terms of service and leads to the account being closed.
5. Renewals, failed payments and turning off renewal
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you turn off renewal in your billing settings. Turning off renewal stops all future charges right away and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. It does not undo a charge that has already been taken.
If a renewal payment fails, the amount for the new period is still due. Our payment processor retries the charge over the following days. These retries are not extra charges. Once the invoice is paid or closed, no further attempts are made.
6. Records we keep
For every subscription we keep the time of purchase, the plan and price shown at checkout, your acceptance of the terms, the confirmation and renewal emails, and a log of account activity such as sign ins, imports, renders and launches. Our payment processor keeps its own record of each transaction, including the result of bank authentication. Refund and unauthorised charge requests are assessed against these records.
