1. Who we are and what these terms cover
GeneratedUGC (the "service") is provided by the administrator of the generatedugc.com service ("we", "us"). These terms apply to the website, the application, the free product preview and every paid plan. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy, which forms part of these terms. If you accept on behalf of a company or a client, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
GeneratedUGC reads a product page you point it to, researches the product and its reviews, writes hooks, angles and scripts, generates short videos with fictional AI presenters, assembles ad variants and, if you connect your ad accounts, launches them on Meta and TikTok, reads their results and pauses or iterates ads according to rules you set. The features and limits of each plan are described on the pricing page and in your account.
The free product preview is a one-time text preview per person. It does not include video generation, rendering or launching, which are available only on a paid plan.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and use the service for business purposes.
- You give a valid email address, confirm it with the code we send, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account and your workspaces, including actions of teammates you invite.
- One person or company may not create several accounts to get more free previews.
- Tell us right away at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Plans, limits and payment
- Every plan is a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly in US dollars, and renews automatically until you turn off renewal.
- Limits (product imports, AI creator video seconds, assembled variants, AI research and script runs, seats, workspaces and ad accounts) are counted as usage within each billing period. Deleting a product, a video or an ad does not return quota. Unused quota does not carry over.
- Moving to a bigger plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the difference immediately, and the new limits apply once that payment succeeds. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal.
- Prices may change for future periods. We tell you before a change affects your next renewal.
- Taxes are added where the law requires it.
- Payments are final, as described in the refund policy. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you ask us to start the service immediately when you subscribe, and you acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal expires once the service has begun with your consent.
5. Ad accounts and ad spend
Tests run inside your own Meta and TikTok ad accounts. You choose the budgets and caps, the platforms bill you directly for ad spend, and we never hold or charge your ad budget. You remain the advertiser of record and you are responsible for complying with each platform's advertising policies and terms. Automatic pausing and iteration follow the rules you configure. Platform delays, rejections, account restrictions and reporting gaps are outside our control, and you should keep budget caps that you are comfortable spending.
6. AI-generated content and your duties
Text, voices and videos created in the service are produced by AI models. They can contain errors, and the same input can produce different results. Before you publish anything, you agree to:
- review every script and video for accuracy, and make sure every claim about your product is true and can be substantiated,
- disclose AI-generated or synthetic content where a platform, a regulator or the law requires it, using the AI content labels the platforms provide and the optional disclosure caption in the service,
- avoid presenting AI presenters as real customers, real users or independent reviewers, and avoid fake testimonials or invented results,
- follow the rules that apply to your product category, including health, financial, alcohol and age restricted products.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use GeneratedUGC to:
- create the likeness or voice of a real, identifiable person, including celebrities and public figures, without that person's written consent,
- make deceptive, misleading or unsubstantiated claims, including fake medical, weight loss or income claims, fake scarcity or fake endorsements,
- advertise products or services that are illegal or that Meta or TikTok prohibit, or try to get around a platform's review process,
- produce sexual content, content involving minors, hate, harassment, violence or content that infringes someone else's rights,
- import pages or material you have no right to use, or scrape third party services through the product,
- overload, probe or attack the service, share accounts beyond your plan's seats, or resell access without our written agreement.
We may remove content, pause launches or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.
8. Ownership and licences
You keep all rights in what you bring to the service, such as product information, images, brand assets and your edits. As between you and us, the scripts, videos and variants generated in your workspace belong to you, and you may use them commercially, including as paid ads, subject to these terms and the law. You give us the limited licence we need to process your content to provide the service. The software, the design of the service, the AI presenter roster and our trademarks remain ours. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the service without obligation to you.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided on an as available basis. We may change, add or remove features over time. If we remove a core feature of your plan during a paid period, we will offer you a fair alternative.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, ad spend, business interruption or indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the three months before the event that caused it. We make no promise that any ad will reach a specific performance level. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or the statutory rights of consumers.
You will cover our reasonable costs arising from claims by third parties about ads or content you published through the service in breach of these terms.
11. Ending the agreement
You can turn off renewal at any time in your billing settings and delete your account in your profile. Access continues until the end of the paid period. We may end or suspend an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or for a chargeback raised without first contacting us under the refund policy. After an account is closed we delete its data as described in the privacy policy.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the country where the administrator of the service is established, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to solve the matter. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we tell you by email or in the application at least 14 days before it applies. If you don't agree, you can turn off renewal before the change takes effect.
